Exercise
Feel crunched for time? Don’t worry. Mini workouts through out the day may be just as beneficial as one bigger daily work out. Just get moving! Squats in the bathroom, jumping jacks while cooking, running in place during a zoom meeting (video disabled of course). When it comes to your health and exercise, there is always time.
